Dinner at Midnight

Well, not really at midnight.. but 11 is close enough.  This is because my stupid finance teacher decides that he will disregard the official class ending time and keep us an extra 15 minutes when some of US (namely ME!!) have an hour drive home.. grrrrrrr.. anyway... Last week of school coming up!! I know i've said it before but I can. not. wait. Tootles!

Hallelujah!!!

I have one more final to take and one presentation to give for for this semester!!!  I am so excited for it to be summer and have absolutely nothing to do but go to the gym, read, watch tv, and fart around on the computer.  Ok, its basically what I do now minus the driving and sitting 3 nights a week.. but its going to be glorious!!  Hawaii is coming soooooooooooooon too!

Windy!

I really like the last picture.. the wind caught my bangs.. it makes me smile.  Anywho, I took one of my finals today.. and I think it went really well.. AND I got home early too, which was a double bonus!  I'm gonna overhaul my closet here in the next couple days and I'll put a link here to eBay where I'll be selling some stuff.  I don't really know if anyone reads this besides me and the hubs, but its worth a shot!

Busting Out!

I'm trying to escape my backyard haha.. probably because I just mowed the grass 2 weeks ago and its already needing it again.. ugh!  Stupid spring and pollen and growing things.. just kidding I love this time of year, not liking the maintainence that I'm having to do all alone without the hubs to push it off on.  Hehehe just kidding hubber!!

Accordian

I got this dress off of Ebay for 99 cents.  It used to look like this.  

 

I cut those awful sleeves off and hemmed up the arm holes.  Now its perfect!  So comfortable and pretty.

Earnings!

Like I said in the last post, I went thirfty shopping with my mom starting with a giant yard sale, then to a store called the New and Not Shop, then Goodwill, and Big Lots last. 

At the Yard Sale I got the two hats for a dollar each, the brown dress/tunic for 2 dollars (from Gap), and the purple dress (from Target) for 2 dollars. 

At the New and Not Shop I got the leopard print dress for 8 dollars.  Its a really nice dress, I just have to take it in a little in the bust and waist area.  I also found the jean vest.  I'd been looking for one of these for a while and was watching one on Ebay that would have been more than the $4 this one was. 

We then went to Goodwill where I got 4 of the 5 books for 99 cents each.  They are The Cider House Rules, Sleepers, The Road, and The Mummy (by Anne Rice).  The Goodwill here is actually really nice, I will be back to search and search when I'm in the mood to.

At Big Lots I got another book called The Printer's Devil.  My mom also got me another set of sheets for the bed which are sitting in the dryer now waiting for me to fold them haha. 

Also, the same day I got the shoes I ordered off of Ebay.  They are SO tall I feel like a giant.  Love it!!!  Thanks to the wonderful hubby hub hub and momma!!
